Mustard Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
Pieces of ginger
1 Tomato
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Chili
2 Tablespoons Coriander
Pinch Turmeric
Mustard oil
How to make:
First chop the chopped onion, garlic clove and ginger and fry in a pan without oil. Stir it for 5 to 7 minutes. Crush the tomatoes with these three items.
Now heat the mustard oil in a pan. Fry 5 to 6 cloves of chopped garlic in oil. As soon as the garlic smells and turns golden brown, mix the paste in it.
Now add salt, coriander, and a pinch of turmeric. Cover the sauce and let it rise. The more times you climb it, the more delicious it will be. You can eat it with paratha.
